Abacus ("Рахівниця")
"Рахівниця" is a suite of programs for retail shops, service centres and catering. You work in Sklad, where documents are registered, reference books are kept and reports are viewed, and in the dedicated workplaces - Kasa, Service and Barcom. Alongside them run the service programs that handle trade equipment, webshop exchange and external requests.
Where to start
You work in the program. Open First steps - signing in, the main window, user groups and their rights. Then Working with tables, because lists of products, documents and business partners behave the same way in every window, and Fiscal register (PRRO) if you issue receipts.
You set the system up. Start with Installation - server, client and service programs. Then Launching programs and Configuration.
How this documentation is arranged
The user guide covers day-to-day work: documents, reference books, tags, taxes, receipts, the cash report.
The administrator guide covers installing and running the system: installation, configuration, logs, replication, print templates, webshop synchronisation.
The documentation is bilingual. The globe icon in the top bar switches the language and keeps you on the same page. The search box covers all sections of the current language.
